Tasting

Cooking in this Maison is rediscovering the history of flavours. It’s cooking those family recipes as our grandmother used to. A few small changes have been introduced to refine it. I would call it simple and genuine cooking, which has its roots in the traditions of everyday Southern Italians. It offers recreation too, which contributes to describing the true culture of peoples.
